Do I need identification when boarding for my trip?
Yes, you will need your official student ID to verify you are a current student.
Is the price listed for one-way or round trip?
All listed pricing is for a round trip seat. If you decide not to ride either way, a partial refund cannot be given or transferred to a future trip. For example, if you decide not to ride "back to campus" on the "return trip", a partial refund will not be given.
I need to get home on a weekday, not the weekend. Do you offer trips during the week?
Yes. We accept "Special Requests" for weekday trips at an individual rate vs the regular weekend group rate. Please contact us to book your Special Request.
I live in a smaller city that's not designated as a drop off location. Can you accommodate me?
Yes, of course! We do accept "Special Requests" for routes outside of our normal drop off locations. Please contact us for more information including pricing and availability.
I attend a smaller college that is not listed on your website. Can you accommodate me?
Yes, of course! We do offer accommodations for other colleges not listed on our website. These are considered "Special Requests" and can be arranged by contacting us directly.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel my trip?
All fare pricing is non-refundable, but may be transferred to a future trip. Should you need to cancel/change your trip, please contact us at least 48 hours in advance.
Do you offer any promotions or discounts?
When available, all promotions and discounts will be posted on our website and social media accounts. We also offer a special discount for people who like, follow and share our social media pages. DM us for details!
I want to take some things home. What am I allowed to bring?
Each student is allowed one duffle bag or suitcase in the luggage compartment. Purses and laptop bags may be carried on the van with you.
Are your drivers experienced in transporting passengers?
Our drivers are professional, licensed passenger van drivers with over 10 years of experience. They also undergo background checks and drug tests regularly.
Where are the pick up and drop off locations for each trip? I don't see that information listed.
The pick up locations are in proximity to the school. The drop off locations are at a safe, public location. For example, a Target or Publix parking lot. At this time we have three Atlanta area drop off locations. The exact address is sent out via email and text to the student and/or parent at least one day prior to the departure date. For the safety of our riders, the exact location is not posted on our website. The Sunday pick up locations for the return trip back are the same as the drop off locations.
What type of certification does your company have?
Our company is certified by and registered with the Georgia Department of Public Safety and the US Department of Transportation.
